I have been talking with your dsl techs for 8 nights, 3 to 4 hours each night to get my dsl installed, all to no avail. Does anyone there even have a clue as to what the h... they're doing?
These techs(?) have crashed my computer twice, wasted many valuable hours of my time and to top it all off, I talked with your supposedly product specialist on 3/25/03 at approximately 8:15pm, some amatuer named 'bobby', who crashed my computer and had the nerve to tell me that there is something wrong with my computer!!!
I am now an AT&T Comcast Broadband customer and I would like to thank you very much for steering me in this direction. Good work guys!
