Videocon Washing Machine 400T - from authorized dealer Shreyas Services - onoing repair problems

RE: Videocon Washing Machine 400T - from authorized dealer Shreyas Services - onoing repair problems The washing machine I purchased from an authorized dealer.This machine had servicing problems and I lodged a complaint on 17/03/03 vide no C 17097/17.3.03 The franchisee Shreyas Services came after a delay of 2 days on 19th and that too did a hotch-potch job and left and this only aggravated the problem.

Second time, I lodged another complaint on 22/03/03 (Complaint no C22001) but even after 2 days nobody bothered to turn up at my premises and the call centre (Phone 96280-96280) always is bluffing and giving evasive replies.

Now I have come to know the standard of service offered by this company and I regret for having bought this product.

I have decided that I will never never again buy a Videocon product.Also,I will publish this letter through all the newspapers and spread this among all friends so that they will never make this mistake.

Compare this with other brands -they will be at the doorstep within minutes.

Is it too much to expect after-sales service of your own company's products?
