RE: Tim Horton's - dozen donut box redesigned to a large flimsy single layer disaster - collapses if carry it in one hand
Who was the person that redesigned the dozen donut box to a large flimsy single layer disaster? Let him try carrying it and four cups of coffee in a tray; manage to use his security card through a couple of turnstiles, open a couple of doors; plus walk a half a mile from where you park. It collapses if you carry it in one hand, if you put the cup carrier on top, the lid rests on the glazes.
In general the only thing it's good for is a larger logo form. Who said the customer wasn't satisfied with the old box? Or is flash of more value? I don't need aggravation and I really don't need donuts did you consider this in your equation?
And why would you not have an email address on your web site, are you going downhill that fast?
