Pagecom, Orland Square Mall, Orland Park, IL - purchased Sprint cell phone and calling plan - SBC phone service was cancelled by company

Purchased the phones at a store in Orland Square Mall, Orland Park, Illinois, called Pagecom.

Purchased a cell phone plan from Sprint in December. At the time the package was purchased, we were told that we would also receive 50 minutes of free long distance calls on our regular telephone at home. Was never told that they would instruct our phone company that they would cancel our regular phone service.

They took it upon themselves to cancel our SBC phone service and charged us for every phone call we made. Tried to complain to their corporate office.

They will not give a phone number to anyone at the Corporate Office, all they gave me was an address. I wrote them a letter and never received a response. This company should defininely be investigated .
