Could you answer these questions:
What hotel was the reservation for - name and location. Hyatt at Union Station in St. Louis
What was the Orbitz.com charge ? 176.33 + 24.21 in tax for 4 nights = 802.16
What was the hotel's charge ? 139.30 + 20.71 in tax for 4 nights = 640.04
The difference was actually only 162.12.
I made hotel reservations with Orbitz a hotel for x dollars per night. My credit card was billed for that amount immediately.
When I was checking out of the hotel they informed me that the charge would be $45.00 less that what Orbitz had charged. Orbitz response is to say "tough". That's what we charged and we make no claim that what we charge is the lowest available. So I wasted $180.00 by using Orbitz!
