Dell Computer - can't stop compression agent box coming up with desktop when start PC - poor tech support experience</font> <p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">I called Dell to solve an error problem and ended up with more problems. My Complaints.com received the following on March 21, 2003:

I finally received an email from tech support telling me to go to:
http://support.dell.com/us.en.kb/document.asp?DN=FA1033482 , to the knowledge data base and I would find instructions on how to fix it.
The only problem is, Simon didn't tell me how to identify the compression agent file. I also love it when you ask a specific question about your computer, and they won't give you a straight answer.
