This is the first time I ever used TicketMaster and the Last.
I bought tickets over the phone on Dec.13, 2002 for the Chicago Bears Football Game. And when I went to the ticket office and showed them my confirmation number and driverslicense like they said to do. They said it was rejected. So I was 400 miles away from home. So what was I supposed to do? So I tried it again. And it went through.
So Monday I went to the Bank, they took $179.00 out from the first time and $160.00 the second time. I'm only a school bus driver and don't make that much in the first place. So I got whammed twice. I called them up and they said they would get back to me. Well it has been over three months since the game and I still haven't heard from them.

I'm a School Bus Driver. A Club from the High School I drive for was going to the Chicago Bears and the New York Jets on December 15, 2002. Well I got the field trip. I called Ticket Master and ordered 4 tickets over the phone with my Debit Card for $179.55. I did what they told me to do.
I went to the ticket office when I got up there. And gave them my Confirmation Number and my Drivers Licenses for Identifacation. They said it did not go through. So I was over 500 miles away from home with a bus load of kids and teachers. So the only thing I could do was to try it again with my debit card . I know I had the money in the bank the first time. Well the second time it went through.
This time it cost me $160.00 since I did it right there. Well Monday we went to the bank to find out why it didnt go through the first time. The bank told us it did go through for $179.55 and then it went through again for $160.00. So all together it cost me $339.55 for 4 tickets. I called Ticket Master and talked to a customer service rep." Hector R677 ". He said he would follow up on this and let me know. Well I waited and waited so I called again and I got this woman and she was so rude.
She wanted to know why I called her, I told her this other lady gave me the phone number.She said she would give it to the manager but he was out of town right then. And now this is March 20th right now and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Can you help me. Like I said I'm only a school bus driver.
