WebTV - can't use WebTV to access Hotmail account - it keeps popping up Microsoft Passport - need advice

Hello i have had Webtv service for several years and just recently i cannot access my hot mail account?it keeps popping up (microsoft passport) I didnt ask for this service and cannot avoid it.

When i fill out the passport for it still wont let me goto hotmail.com??? i am getting angry and would love some advice....Thank You angry user
