This weekend, we traveled to Atlanta GA. We had used Expedia.com. We had carefully chosen the property based on the descriptions and pictures of the hotel.

It was the Summerfield Suites by Wyndam in Buckhead, GA. When we arrived, we found the property to be completely misrepresented! The rooms were NOTHING like the pictures, the amenities were not there, there were transient people walking around.

The door opened to the outside when we were led to believe that there were inside corridors. (Which is a MUST for us!) The rooms were tiny unlike the pictures portrayed and the room was dirty and very dark. The outside of the property was very run down and in need of renovations. We did not even stay there. We had to go down town and spend over $400 for two nights at another hotel last minute!

I do not feel that we should be responsible for the charges for the other hotel. Expedia.com does not want to reverse the charges even though we did not stay there due to the fact that the property was COMPLETELY misrepresented! I will follow up with BBB, complaint sites and an attorney if need be.
