cablevision of nyc - service out since Feb., 24, 2003 - have scheduled 3 tech appointments - all no shows - and no calls

My service has ben out since 2/24/03 i have scheduled 3 tech apointments since then all no shows and no calls telling me they were not coming it is now 3/16/03 and i still have no cable service and they want to sachedule another tech apppointment .

But it is at their convenience not mine what do i do where do i go remember they are cablevision and what they say goes.... frustrated and mad
