During the past year you have lowered the quality of your replacement brushes. During the past year the brushes you are sending break apart and the brush falls apart and I can't use them!!!
When I originally purchased the Cybersonic the brushes were fine and the replacement brushes were fine. PLEASE FORWARD REPLACEMENT BRUSHES OF THE QUALITY YOU ORIGINALY FURNISHED. THESE CURRENT ONES I'M SURE ARE MUCH CHEAPER FOR YOU, AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE FOR YOU CAUSE YOU SENDING THEM OUT FOR THE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT, BUT THEY FALL APART.
THEY ARE DEFECTIVE AND ACTUALLY BREAK IN PEOPLE'S MOUTHS. YOU WILL END UP BEING SUED IF YOU DON'T IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THESE REPLACEMENT BRUSHES.
RIGHT NOW I CAN'T USE THE PRODUCT BECAUSE BOTH BRUSHES I RECEIVED A FEW WEEKS AGO BOTH BROKE!!!
I'd rather pay for my own brushes instead of havving you send themt o me free of charge and charge me $4.65!!! So just let me know where I can buy them in Hamden, CT and I will buy my own brushes. I don't want anymore of your free defective brushes unless you improve the quality back to the way it used to be.
