Hi, I am writing in response to an old post that just came to my attention today. Our records indicate that this member earned 23 free minutes in January, 2003 and that she used 22 of them to make free phone calls. PhoneHog.com is the world's largest telecommunications rewards program. We have been in business for more than 5 years and have more than 4 million members. Our service is totally free to use. Free calls can be made to anywhere in the world and free minutes never expire. We are very proud of our Member Support department. All email inquiries are answered within one business day. Thank you. Sincerely,

COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_75180# I signed up with PhoneHog.com, a website that claims to give free long distance minutes for checking out partner web sites, taking advantage of free and discount offers, referring friends and shopping. I checked out a

few web sites, and referred some friends, supposedly earning 25 minutes.

The first time I tried to use this service, message said I only had 4 minutes on my account. I sent this company an email on Feb. 16 which went unanswered. These people misrepresented themselves and the services they

were supposed to provide to me.

Hello,

I just happened to find this complaint board and it made me realize that I might better check my own minutes! I checked my acct which says I have 190 minutes, but when I tried to do a "test run" call, the prompter said I only have 140 minutes!

Something is wrong somewhere.... I have written their customer service dept with an inquiry. Hope everyone gets the issue solved-- I think Phone Hog is a great idea over-all, as long as it works! :)

Good luck!
