Dixon's Mobile Home and Transporting, Decatur / Athens, TN - made $ 500 down payment for mobile home move not completed

My Complaint is with a man by the name of Billy Dixon who is in bussiness for himself doing Moble Home Moving,who as last known resides in Decatur/Athens tennessee.

I payed him 500.00 down to move our moble home, he came 2 days later to tear off our skirting,but never came back to do the job,as we let him in know verbally we were to be out by sept 9th of 2002, he would only call stating he was stranded with other trailers,bad timing,etc.

We had to be out of were we were and decided to get our money back,called him,he answered and started laughing ,saying''take your little so-called contract and try to take me to court''!!!!!!! Due to money situation, working nights,4 kids ,having to find a place to rent ,havent been able to take him to court yet!!!!!!!!
