RE: Taylor Gifts - www.taylorgifts.com - no reply to e-mails requesting refund - customer service line is not toll-free On 12-28-02 I ordered the SlimFit Storage Unit from Taylor Gifts. It arrived damaged - holes punched in three places - due to extremely bad packing. It is a large, heavy item and would cost too much to send back, so I attemted to get a postage-paid return envelope. I then attempted to reach Taylor Gifts customer service line, 610-725-1100. It played music for quite a while and then went dead. Nobody ever came on the line. And this is a call customers have to pay for. On 1-15-03 I requested a postage-paid return label. I requested this again on 1-28-03, 2-12-03, and 2-21-03, and EACH TIME received an email saying I would receive the postage paid label "in 7-10 business days." The email address used by Taylor Gifts was Email User On 2-24-03, I requested a full refund of $49.96 and received no response at all. Sent final email asking for a refund on 3-3-03. No response.
