I have a complaint on a Chase Wal-Mart Credit Card billing. They over charge me on late charges. They got the check before any Late Charges needed to be apply. They had the check in their hands and decide to charge me for 30 days of late charges while they had the check cash. I over paid to cover for any charges and now they say I have to pay for the 2 30 days that someone charge to my bill because someone forgot that they had the check. I have to paid $70.00 dollars. The check was not late, early. They say they can't do anything because the bill came out.
