MY WIFE HAS PAYED FOR GLASSES THAT WERE TO BE PICKED UP IN 3 DAYS IT HAS BEEN @ WEEKS NOW. WHEN ORDERING AND PAYING UPFRONT FOR THESE GLASSES. THEY WERE TOLD THIS WAS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE THAT WE GET THE GLASSES ASAP. WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WHY THE GLASSES AREN"T READY. WE DID STOP BY AFTER CALLING AND WERE TOLD THEY WERE ON REORDER.
COME TO FIND OUT THE GLASSES WERE READY AFTER ALL THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER TOLD MY WIFE THEY REORDERED BECAUSE THE CUT ON THE LENSE WASN"T PRETTY! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT? WE TOLD THEM THAT WE KNEW THE LENSE WOULDN"T LOOK THE GREATEST AND THEY WOULD BE BACK UP GLASSES ONLY ANYWAY!
ALL OF THIS COULD BE AVOIDED BY A SIMPLE PHONE CALL. SINCE HERE GLASSES HAVEN"T COME ON TIME SHE HAS HAD TO ASK FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO DRIVE KIDS TO SCHOOL AND EVEN PAYED SOMEONE TO DRIVE THEM. MONEY IS TIGHT FOR US. AND TUPELO, MISSISSIPPI WALMART IS A 45 MINUTE DRIVE FOR US. WITH THE WAIT HAS CAUSED HER TO NOT BE ABLE TO SEE HER CONTACTS WERE THE DESPOSABLE TYPE.
DUE TO NOT HAVEING TIME AND MONEY SHE HAS HAD TO WAIT A WHOLE WEEK WITH OUT A WAY TO SEE TO DRIVE. TODAY I HAVE TAKEN OFF WORK TO TAKE HER TO PICK UP HERE GLASSES AND GET NEW CONTACTS. I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO WORKS IN THIS FAMILY AND WALMART NOT ONLY HAS INCONVIENANCED US BUT COST US MORE MONEY. DON'T GET ME WRONG WALMART IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP BUT NOT ALL THEIR SERVICES AND EMPLOYEES TOP NOTCH.
