I have been getting 90% incomplete news group listing from RCN servers (news.rcn.com) I have spoke to technical support, they claim they don't support this service. THAN WHO DOES. he had no answer. This is

something that I pay for and is included in my service. Comcast offers it all ISP's offer news groups.

I user a program called NewBin Pro .. one of the best programs available and they say they don't support this program only Outlook Express(which don't display incompletes!!) This is a joke someone must support the service they offer us.

I am thinking of dropping RCN and going back to Comcast !!!!! Anyone else having these problems with their service.
