The gift arrived damaged and therefore was returned to the proper address in Bombay after finding out information and talking to a person there. A refund was asked for, but there has been none till now after more than a month. Below is my upteenth email I sent them about this matter to which I only get automated responses. This is what mail I receieved from Indiatimes.com ON 11TH FEB. this is a suborder email to the original order placed on 29th Jan 2003. This suborder has never been receieved. Not even sure what this is. Dear priyanka shinde This is to inform you that we have shipped out your Suborder no. 1374454 of Order No.: 1242835 and the same will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days through couriers, if not sooner. Incase you have ordered for a perishable product like cakes, flowers etc, the order will be hand delivered within 24 hrs.
