Team Auto in Chesapeake - was sold 2x4 truck instead of 4x4 truck, as informed by dealer

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on March 8, 2002:

Team Auto in Chesapeake - was sold 2x4 truck instead of 4x4 truck, as informed by dealer I purchased a vehicle from first Team Auto in Chesapeake, thinking I was buying a 4 wheel drive, and approximately one week later I find out its not a 4x4. It has 4x4 on the vehicle and one of the contracts I signed said 4x4, the bank contract says 2x4.

Obviously the salesmen did not do their homework because more of these suv's were on the lot. Just inform the public that I would never do business with them again.
