Silkies Panty hose - unwarranted dunning from collection agency - unethical practices

I have just received a letter from RMCB Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau stating that I owe $13.77. Listen here I owe nothing. Pantyhose were sent to our house and were returned a so called HCI silkies pantyhose.

This matter better be cleared up and fast before I go to the better business bureau, and to the LA times. What this company is doing is unethical. On top of it trying to ruin peoples credit. Stella & James Farentino
