Email User - unable to contact - keep getting requests to join

Originally I signed up with this service throughb PayPal. I have tried to contact them and their e-mail bounces. Since then I have received a number of requests to join their service.

I continue to write to them & the e-mail bounces. What can be done to get in contact with these bums. Allen Johannes
