Hello,

My name is Valerie Agapetova and I purchased Bonzi Buddy from Bonzi.com last November. I only agreed to use it for 1 month, so I uninstalled Bonzi in January.

Yet I am still being charged for it every month since. I cannot afford paying $9.95 every month for something I didn't buy. It is really against the law!

I would really appreciate if somebody would please help to remove me from the bonzi buddy billing list. Thank you very much. Valerie Agapetova Email User
