2- E-mailed to cancel order.
3- Received confirmation of cancellation.
4- Received knife sharpener despite cancellation confirmation
5- E-mailed vendor. Vendor replied that a UPS pick up order would be issued.
6- Promises of UPS pick up continued over several months.
7- Emailed Vendor saying UPS takes pride in its business and that the failure had to be that of the vendor.
8- Rec'd no answer.
9 E-mailed several times more with no response.
10- Vendor untrustworthy. Does no keep promises or obligations - suggest that consumers avoid patronizing Discount Knives.
