Hello, I would like to order the ATT Digital Cable Gold package. I'm told that there is a shortage of Digital converters and that a second converter would be installed in approximately six weeks. This is fine, I can wait. But I am

also told that I would be charged full price for the total package until the second digital converter arrives.

 

The information on your web site clearly states that the price for the package INCLUDING TWO converters is

$62.99. You are offering to install me with ONE convert and charge me for TWO converters for the first six+ weeks. This would seem to be false advertising and over charging to me.

 

I would like very much to have your service installed but if you can't treat me fairly as a customer and charge me correctly I will have to pursue other services and file a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies. Sincerely yours, Erik-Paul Gibson
