Philippine Airlines - unable to get refund for lost licket While in the United States, I purchased a ticket from Philippine Airlines for departure and destination points in the Philippines. While in the Philippines, I lost this ticket after using a portion of it. Philippine Airlines refused to re-issue the ticket to me, so I purchased a new ticket from Philippine Airlines. I purchased this new ticket in July of 2001.

I have been calling Philippine Airlines and sending them correspondence since September of 2001, but they still haven't given me a refund of the $45 ticket I lost over seven months ago! By the way, one of the Philippine Airlines planes I flew on was so crowded the stewardess wouldn't even let my wife take one single piece of carryon luggage into the cabin.
