Chase Manhattan Bank - Banking Ethics in Lending My wife Kimberly and I had a home in LakeSide California that we needed to sell after I retired from the Navy and my wife (also Navy) received orders to be stationed as a recruiter in Columbus Ohio. The Market was down in October of 1998 and we could not find a buyer.

So we went to Advanta mortgage to ask if we could carry the second with us to Ohio in order to sell the house for a lower price. Advantas Loan agent (Sue Leimer) said we could not carry the Loan with us but that she was interested in buying a house in a deed trust/ rent to own type of agreement. So we had papers drawn up by our real-estate attorney. The Leimers lived in the house a year and always late on their payment. Then one month they stopped paying completely.

Almost two years later (and a year without making house payments) in December of 2001 the house went in to foreclosure. My wife and I could not sell the home because of the deed being in the Leimers name. Sue and her husband would not sign the deed back over to us so we could sell the home. So we accrued a foreclosure.

The house sold for way over the first, second and foreclosure fees (no loan was left not paid). During these events Advanta mortgage was acquired by Chase Manhattan Mortgage who Sue Leimer now works for. My credit rating is now in the 500's it used to be in the high 900's.

Chase Manhattan credit who we have a credit card with harasses us daily about 8 dollars over due on our credit card that we pay the minimum on each month.

In Conclusion: Chase Manhattan Mortgages loan officer (Sue Leimer) has ruined our credit and tarnished our good name. Chase Manhattan Bank harasses us daily after causing us to have a foreclosure.

FYI, you never had credit in the high 900's that score is not possible, which only makes one wonder what else you are lying about in this little story of yours.
