Chrysler of Paramus - trouble with phone quote - no owners manual, poor service

I recently purchased via the internet a new Chrysler from Chrysler of Paramus. We agreed to a price over the phone after the salesman checked with the manager to okay my offer.

Suddenly another individual got on the phone and said that that deal could not be possible and that he has to charge me $86.00 more.... Eighty six dollars on a $25,000 sale? I agreed not to be petty and thought all would be fine.

I had looked elsewhere for the same car but could find the price I wanted but not the color. All of the other dealers quotes were firm except for $40. in fees and charges.

I decided to buy the car from Paramus and when I arrived I found approximately $500.00 extra dollars tagged on that I was never informed of.

I had traveled 165 miles to get there and was forced to make the deal out of conveienence.

When I arrived home I found some strange things rolling around the car and in the glove box was lug nuts and no owners manual. I emailed them and asked them to overnight it to me.........Well it has been a week and I still haven't gotten it.

They have since not responded to my emails and ignore my contact. They are theives and I highly recommend that you avoid doing business with this unscrupulous bunch. I am complaining to Chrylser about them and await there answer.
