paid extra month's service and canceled later due to move. got a statement saying -65.00 balance, but but even after calling 26 times, requesting money owed to me, still have not seen the check.

 

they keep giving me the run around. they have told me they were going to send the check 6 times so far.

 

next i am going to send a letter to AG & BBB & COC if i do not receive a check by april 15th. they have had my money now for 12 monthes. on another note, they have always had poor CS. thanks complaints.com -denver
