Yahoo Personals - signed up for 1 month, was charged for 2 months - unable to get money back I subscribed to your personals in october. I only signed on for 1 month, but your billing department billed me for 2 more months. I had to personally cancel the order. When I first called the LONG Distance phone number I was kept on hold for 15 minutes then told that I could cancel online. This still does not solve the problem of being billed for 2 months that I did not use.

Even when I went into "MY Personals" It showed that my add was expired, yet you were still charging me for the service. That is ridiculous. I would like my credit card refunded for the 2 months that I did not use this service. I would love to talk to someone personally on the phone, but I'm afraid I'm not going to pay long distance charges to sit on hold to speak with someone.

So I would appreciate it if someone either calls me or just refunds my credit card. If neither happens with 2 weeks, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Thank for taking the time to read my complaint. Sincerely,

Shauna Small
