Sprint PCS, Lexington, KY - poor quality signal reception - cancelled service Problem with Sprint PCS. Family had 3 phones for 2 weeks. Could not get signals inside of office buildings nor away from large cities- not even a roaming signal.

We were not informed when signing up that we had such a limited service area. Sprint says we still have to pay for a month of service on each phone as well as the activation fees.
