David's Bridal - St. Louis Missouri & Illinois - poor experience

 

David's Bridal shops in Missouri and Illinois have the worst service possible. We were lied to about our dresses being ordered when we paid. They didn't order them for two months. When they did order them they were on back order and still didn't tell us.

 

We kept calling to find out when we were getting our brides maid dresses and then they finally told us they were on back order. Well when they did come in they were wrong colors. We got two piece (top & bottom) dresses. They ordered some in the wrong sizes and some in the wrong color.

 

They altered my friends wedding dress incorrectly and told her it was her fault. They said her bust grew 4 1/2 inches in four weeks. Um, I don't think so, none of her clothes or bras were any tighter.

 

They also do their alterations in house so i'm not sure why it took that long. Please go anywhere but David's Bridal and tell everyone you know not to use them.
