Mincomp Computers - not able to use package

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on March 23, 2002:

Mincomp Computers - not able to use package

Subject: cheated by mincomp computers

I have purchased a multimedia computer, serial no.

#ISPX0103/1697 from minicomp computers under their buyback scheme which included a 2N/3D holiday package. But I am not able to use the package since minicomp refuses to honour the

package. Please help me solve the problem.
