To Whom it May Concern Today I have been informed by a potential customer who used google.com to find their local Land Rover delealership. That their first search result shown, was a customer complaint dating back to March 2002, with the heading complaint of the day e-message # 3 for March 23,2002. As the Service Manager of Guy Salmon Land Rover Knutsford, I would like to inform you that the complaint in question, was resolved to a satisfactory conclusion by both parties. As you have now been made aware that the issues have been addressed. I feel it is only right that this complaint be removed from your web site, as this could potentailly affect our business.
