Comfort Inn & Suites Oakland, CA / Hotel - quoted $ 99.00, but charged $ 218.00

Comfort Inn & Suites Oakland, CA / Hotel - quoted $ 99.00, but charged $ 218.00 The Representative at Comfort Inn & Suites gave me bogus rates. The rates I received was 99.99 for two suites. I was outraged to find out the next morning that they charged $218 on my credit card.

The manager refused to make an adjustment to my account. I have tried many times to get this matter solved but the Hotel management refused to admit to the wrong doing.
