Microsoft Office 2000 premium - installation problem type your detailed complaint here Today, March 19, I attempted through the "HELP" icon of my windowa program, attempted to in stall the E-mail program.

 

The help program ask me to install my "Office 2000" premium disc and let it run. In the process, I received two error reports. One said that I have an error 2905 and to contact product support, and the second said that I have and error 1705 and may loose part or all of my programs.

 

I have had much problems with the premium disc right from the get go. It will start running until it get six blue bars into the timing display, then it will stop, attemt to proceed, stop, and continue to do this for 6 to 8 hours before it passes this point and loads all the information into my computer.

 

Please let me hear from you, and your suggestions on how to proceed. John Bury
