I Purchased Quicken Turbo Tax in Jan. and my Hard Drive Crashed and I lost all my files which included my download of turbo tax. I called Quicken and they told me tuff luck if i wanted another copy I would have to reorder even though I had proof that I had ordered the software.

 

I think this is a very poor way to run a business. I didn't even get to use their software and they have my $31.15, for the download. Thanks.
