K-Mart In Rice lake Wisconsin - BellSouth 900 Mhz cordless phone with caller ID - missing power cord adapter

K-Mart In Rice lake Wisconsin - BellSouth 900 Mhz cordless phone with caller ID - missing power cord adapter To Whom It may Concern:

On March 17th 2002, I went to k-mart In Rice lake Wisconsin to purchase a cordless telephone. I picked up the BELLSOUTH 900Mhz model which was black. I took it home only to find out the battery was missing. I returned it the same night and ended up having to purchase a more expensive model. because they did not have anymore. That was alright at that point.

But when I took the BELLSOUTH 900 Mhz white model home. I realized it was missing the power cord adapter. So once again I took it back to the store and traded it for the same model.. I had to open the box up and take everything apart just to see if anything was missing. there wasn't thank god. It was very inconvenient for me to bring back the phone two times.

I will tell you.. I was definitely not a satisfied customer. And I will never recommend K-Mart electronics to anyone I know. Not only did I have to pay a higher price for a phone I really did not want, I had to go out of my way to return the merchandise twice.
