The Build-A-Bear workshop - treated extremely rudely Complaints.com,

I was a first time customer in a Build-A-Bear workshop and was treated extremely rudely. The use of a coupon for a "free" valentine backpack with any purchase over $15 was neglected because the store had ran out of them over the course of a month and only agreed to have a 15% discount on my next purchase.

Yet this was the least of concerns I have for the store.

The employees treated me with extreme rudeness and pushed me along with impolite behavior even as the store only had a few customers. But in particular, certain employees neglected to ask me if I needed any help since it was obvious that it was my first time in the store while assisting other customers with any of their questions.

I frankly will never approach another workshop for what seemed like a cold response and behavior that I had experienced for about five visits to that particular store. Steamed consumer,
