Arizona Motorsports - Purchase of Motorcycle Accessories for 2002 Honda Reflex Scooter

I was interested in several accessories for my 2002 Honda Reflex Scooter. Before I ordered the items, I called to clear up some confusion. The case that I wanted was not available in gold to match my scooter's paint. I asked what the color Matte was.

I was told it was a flat black color. I ordered the item thru the internet/credit card and received the item. The color was not quite black but I thought it was all they had. I proceeded to drill two holes, attach a back rest to the bag and mount it on my bike. I looked at my shipping document after I mounted the case which I should have done before. My shipping document stated the color was Gray.

This color was not available as a choice on their internet site. I exchanged several heated e mails with the owner trying to get him to replace it with the black. He said holes were already drilled and couldn't trade it. Sounds like I am the only one who ever attaches a back rest to a bag.

A word of advice: Don't order from these people. The things they say with their mouth doesn't agree with their web site. Order from your local dealer, open the box to see if is what you want, then pay for it and leave. I have learned my lesson with the internet.
