CompuVest.com - poor experience with [cancelled] printer order

 

 

I ordered a printer at CompuVest.com and a week later had not received the printer. I emailed and inquiry and was given a rude response.

 

I phone in the issue was resolved since the delay was company related I requested a shipping upgrade, denied. Asked to speak to a Manager and he also denied the request and ultimately cancelled the order!
