Complaints.com received the following consumer message on March 12, 2002:

passport to wealth lifestyle benefits card - do not answer phone - unable to confirm membership cancellation

I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone numbers on my passport to wealth lifestyle benefits card. I wanted to check and make sure that my membership had been canceled. I canceled it a very long time ago but have heard that this company is not really honest.

When I tried to call and got no answer to either number it made me even more suspicious. Please check and make sure. If any refund is owing to me, please send it. Thank you Jane Robinson
