i went to home depot in covina on tuesday a couple weeks ago with my handicapped granddaughter it was a hot humid day we asked for help at the shades department . the girl at the desk said you will have to wait i have 2 people in front of you they had no swamp coolers or any air moving at all well my granddaUGHTER WENT DOWN SHE PAST OUT I WAS SO MAD I WALKED OUT

EMAILED THE STORE WITH NO AKNOWLEDMENT OR APOLOGY IF THATS HOW THEY TREAT THE COMFORT OF THERE CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE LOST MY BUISNESS AND WOrD OF mOUTH GOES A LONG WAY
