I joined eDiets at the beginning of June. I initially signed up for their free service, but they offered a trial price of $5 per week, which can be cancelled at anytime.

When I logged into the site, I discovered they had actually charged me $65, which was prepaid until September! I emailed them requesting to cancel my membership in advance, but they never replied.

I was also unable to log into my account for the majority of the time through June, and even though I emailed them to complain several times, they failed to provide me a response. They have the poorest customer service ever, and I deeply regret signing up.
