U [Orbitz] booked business travel for my husband via Orbitz.com on May 12. Dates of travel were 6/17-20 (roundtrip). Orbitz DOES NOT post information on "refundable" or "non-refundable" fares, as other online travel services do. I was not aware that the tickets were 'non-refundable' until I called to cancel the travel.
BEWARE if you plan to purchase airline tickets through Orbitz.com --- based on my experience, you won't get your money back, and they claim no responsibility -- they are quick to use the airlines as their scapegoats!!
