I AM WRITING ABOUT A COMPANY CALLED SUPRA TELECOM. I HAVE BEEN TALKING WITH THESE PEOPLE SINCE MAY 23, 2003. THEY GAVE ME AN ACCOUNT NUMBER, A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND A PHONE NUMBER. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE PHONE SERVICE 3-5 WORKING DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT OF $32.00.

 

I PURCHASED A MONEY ORDER AND SENT IT TO THEM. THEY RECEIVED IT ON JUNE 6, 2003. SO I SHOULD HAVE HAD SERVICE NO LATER THAN JUNE 13. TODAY IS JUNE 27 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING SUPRA TELECOM EVERY OTHER DAY FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS TALKING TO DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES AND THEY ALL KEEP TELLING ME THE SAME THING, THAT THEY DON'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHY I DON'T HAVE SERVICE YET, BUT STILL NOTHING.

 

I WAS EVEN PROMISED TWICE THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK ON THE PARTICULAR DAY TO GIVE ME AN ANSWER BUT NOTHING. I DIDN'T GET ANY REPRESENTATIVES NAMES BECAUSE I WAS TRUSTING THAT IT WOULD BE OVER WITH SOON. I WILL CONTINUE TO CALL AND I CAN START GETTING REPRESENTATIVES NAMES AND NUMBER BUT IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE SO THAT I WON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS SINCERELY ANDREA NELSON
