RE: AOL - another $ 79.99 taken from account without permission

Just received my bank statement. Another 79.99 taken out of my account by an AOL associated company without my permission. What gives AOL? What happen to your privacy policy? This is why I have cancelled my service with your company.

You take unauthorized, or is the correct wording, steal, moneys out of clients accounts by giving our sign-up account numbers out to others. What gives you this right? And to top it all, this one is for a Credit Protection Program. The only one I need is from YOU .....AOL.

Oh, the company says they will put the funds back in the account within the next billing cycle. Better happen before that....with daily compounded interest, and preparations for any low fund fees that occur do to YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS dealings.

I also challenge anybody to go to their site....just try and find a phone number to call and talk to a company rep. Best of luck. Perhaps a lawyer, the Merchants Credit Service, and Better Business Bureau will have better luck. I will give them the chance.

MKonle and our business gone forever from your "business"

There are many great services out there. I know, I have a new one.
