AOL - cancelled servive, but continued to be billed

RE: AOL - cancelled servive, but continued to be billed

I cancelled AOL Internet Service in 11/29/02. However, an AOL staff person extended to January 30,2003. I told them that I was not interested in continuing AOL Internet Service. I called again to make sure on 1/27/03 that it was cancelled and I was told that it was. I did not receive any billings on my VISA for Feb.March,or April. However, in June our VISA statement showed a billing for AOL Internet Service for May. And now we have another billing for internet service. I do not use AOL internet . I use Walmart Internet Services and have been since January 2003. I have notified our VISA card service to this also. Why is this showing up on my VISA bill. I do not use AOL Serivces. What must I do to get this off my bill with VISA and also get AOL to stop billing me. I would appreciate any assistance you could give me on this problem.
