Purchase of Cendyne CD/RW drive from Office Depot

I too am angry at these people from Email User, too gave me the runaround when I submitted what they asked for as proof of purchase.

I made the purchase in March 2003 and have been given the runaround on numerous occasions; and this is after submitting a cancelled check,copies of original reciepets,bar codes,etc,etc.

These people are conartists setup to decieve, confuse and frustrate consumers. Office Depot should be ashamed of this association and investigate whoever these people are! nlb
