1999 Jaguar XK8 - 14,000 miles - front end bushings cracked and soft - front tires damaged as a result - dealer refused to replace the damaged tires

I have a 1999 Jaguar XK8 with 14,000 miles on it and was taken into Continental Motors of Melbourne, FL for annual service with a front end vibration. There was a service bulletin for the front end bushings. The bushings were cracked and soft and as a result the front tires were damaged.

The Dealer and Jaguar refused to replace the damaged tires stating that tires are not covered by them even though a failed part caused the damage.
