Since I filed the following complaint on your site, http://www.complaints.com/june2003/complaintoftheday.june19.5.htm I have been contacted by a number of people who have been victimized by the same company -- the same way.
As a result, I thought the following letter could be posted on your site to help your visitor and others to resolve any fraudulent billing collection practices from Clear Choice Communications

Regarding account number: I NEVER signed or agreed to any long distance service account with your company. Since the posting of a complaint at the site, Complaints.com, innumerous consumers have been conferring with each other regarding similar fraudulent dealings with Vartec TeleCom dba Clear Choice Communications.
I used your 10-10-636 number according to the following terms:
